CVS Pharmacy is currently the largest pharmacy chain in the United States with more than 9,600 stores and is the largest US pharmacy based on total prescription revenue. Over 300 stores, that's the type of confidence CVS has placed in Halstead.
Halstead is proud to be a preferred performer for the CVS pharmacy chain. Halstead has built quality CVS facilities in successful locations. Halstead averages 20-25 CVS facilities per year, spread out over Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. CVS trusts Halstead to construct all of its prototype stores in these areas. CVS has set nationally-recognized standards from growth and performance … and Halstead has met them from day one.

Dollar Tree targeted average store size is approximately 10,000 gross sq. ft. with at least 70 ft. of store frontage.
