OUR HISTORY
Fueled by the vision of three generations of leaders with backgrounds in engineering and construction, Halstead has left an indelible mark of quality on the retail landscape throughout the Southeast for more than 60 years. Headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama, and licensed in 14 states, we have built a diversified portfolio of development and construction projects for some of the best-known names in America.
Since 1969, we have developed projects for leading companies, such as Exxon, Gulf Oil, Southern Bell, KFC and Standard Oil. Our portfolio also includes the construction of more than 70 Lowe's Lumber Company facilities and the development, engineering and construction of over 300 stores for CVS/pharmacy.
